How it started
A British breakfast, our own roast, one quiet room
Roasted began with a simple frustration. Canggu had smoothie bowls on every corner, but finding a proper full English, a strong cup of tea and a genuinely fresh flat white under one roof was harder than it should be. So we built the cafe we wanted to sit in.
The room is inspired by the rivers that run down from the rice fields to the sea: polished concrete floors, river pebbles, raw timber and soft light. The copper badge on the door is a nod to the roast, the gears that turn every morning, and the cup at the end of it all.
Our Roast
Everything on our specialty coffee in Canggu page starts with our own Lavazza roasted coffee beans. Italian roasting heritage, chosen for a rich, balanced cup, and dialled in by our baristas every single morning. You can taste the care.
The kitchen and the matcha bar
The kitchen cooks the breakfast in Canggu we are known for, all day. The matcha bar works with ceremonial grade matcha from Uji, and it has become a destination of its own. Read more about matcha in Canggu at Roasted.
